Jane Yip obtained her PhD from the University of Newcastle, Australia, specializing in neuropharmacology. She completed her post-doctoral training at Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis, USA.

Dr. Yip is the director of a clinical center for the treatment of autism, Autism Parent Care.
As a member of ABA International, Multicultural Alliance, and as an NGO member of the United Nations, she works on outreach projects in Asia to advance the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Bill, aiming to promote better recognition of individuals with mental disabilities, including autism.
